- Returns must be requested within 3 days start from the delivery day.
Eligibility
- Item size, or color to another, customer need to pay extra amount if needed
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice required
- Photo/video required before approval
- All returns are subject to inspection

Goggles, sunglasses, bikinis, swimwear, surf equipment, accessories, bags, and swim equipment
Website Exchanges
- No direct exchanges
- Return the item (if approved) and place a new order
Refunds
- Processed after inspection and approval
- Refunded to original payment method
- Customer bank account number needed
- Bank processing times may vary
